By using the TrackChair.com web site (“Service”), a service of Random Oracle Ltd. (“Random Oracle”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Random Oracle shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any loss suffered due to modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY RANDOM ORACLE “AS IS” AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL RANDOM ORACLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Duration of Service
The Service shall only be available from the date of agreement of your individual service contract until the date of invoice.
Random Oracle may, at its option, indefinitely retain the Data submitted during your usage of the Service. We make no guarantee as to its availability after the date of invoice.
You have the right to have your Data deleted. If you wish to do this, please give us written details of the data you wish to be removed. We will comply to such requests within 40 days. These requests must be sent to:

Fair Usage
We retain the right to remove Data which we determine to be unlawful or objectionable in any way.
Any abuse or threats of abuse from you to any Random Oracle employee or customer will result in immediate termination of the Service.
Using the Service to send unsolicited commercial email will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate termination of the Service.
If your usage of the Service is deemed by us to consume unreasonable resources, to the detriment of other users or Random Oracle, we may disable your usage of the Service. If this occurs, we will contact you by email immediately to discuss resolution of the problem.
Data Protection
Random Oracle does not collect or store any personal information about you, except that which you voluntarily give to us. Any such information is used only to provide your service and to provide you with current and future information about our services. We will not pass any of your information to outside organisations and/or individuals without your express consent.
You have a legal right to know about the personal information we hold about you. You also have a right to correct your data, or have it deleted. If you want to know what personal data we hold, please write to us with details of the information you require. We will comply with such requests within 40 days. These requests must be sent to:
